History

Our founder, Cindy Ashby, has served in missions since 1995. She and her family were called to be servants to the saints; feeding, encouraging and preparing them both in and out of the United States. She has seen first-hand the need for proper training, partnership and restoration.

Where it all started

It was well over 20 years ago that God began to develop the vision of a place where His beloved could find both training as well as opportunities for rest and renewal.

Receiving this vision and clinging to Habakkuk 2:2-3 "Then the LORD answered me and said, "Record the vision And inscribe it on tablets, That the one who reads it may run. 3"For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay.… she waited."

The appointed time is now...

In 2011 Cindy went to Joplin Missouri with Samaritan’s Purse to help rebuild after the tornados. It was there that she reconnected with her pastor, Murray Hollis. As Cindy was mentoring young women, Murray mentioned that he was seeking a way to get the over 55 age group back in to service. It was at that moment they realized how to put the two together to mentor younger servants for His glory.
